Women in Business Campaign
& what is included in each participant’s session:
The “40 over 40” is a promotional campaign that it part of a movement photographers are participating in all around the world.
I have fallen in love with photographing Branding Headshots for women in business, with the entrepreneurial spirit, and who have a passion and drive for doing what they feel called to do. I put together a finely tuned process for these busy women to come into my studio and have their own photography sessions that are aligned and styled strategically to create powerful personally branded images. Their images are put into a marketing suite of crops and resolutions to allow them to increase their visibility and statically market to their ideal clients. Then the 40 women would all be featured in a gallery style exhibition to celebrate and increase visibility for women in business in our communities (present and future). The participants would then be included in a networking magazine featuring their business information to create a resource and networking tool to share.
These women come from a wide and diverse range of backgrounds, upbringing, heritage, beliefs, experience, and fields of employment. This is a powerful group of strong, determined, and ambitious women that haven’t gotten to where they are today with out surviving some major obstacles. They have allowed their experience, expertise, and obstacles to shape their growth, finely tune their services, and increase contributions to their communities. These Women in Business are savvy, intuitive, and of ineffable value to our community. Rather than adhere to past social norms of women becoming less visible and stepping out of the media spot light after the age of 40- they are willing to be seen for the value and work they have contributed thus far AND are willing to increase their visibility as they continue to bring value to building and maintaining our communities. These incredible women play a vital role in our economy and lead in a way that allows others to do the same.
